• If the base salary for every profession was one million dollars, the crime rate would drop significantly, businesses would make more money, the wealthy would still be wealthy, and the poor would not struggle as they do now.

• Many people have jobs and are still barely getting by. This is unfair and it's a broken system that should be improved to facilitate lives around the globe. Waiting for inflation to increase wages is not the correct way and letting people live in poverty does not make sense.

• Universal basic income should already be in place and the amount given should cover shelter and food expenses. Everyone deserves shelter and food, and we are living in a time where this is possible. An agreement should be in place so that the recipient must continue to work to be eligible for universal basic income.
